Thanks to its versatility and shape, which gurantees an exceptional rigidity, our Irreversible DOVE TAIL system also ensures an optimisation of set-up and machining times.
Each part can be clamped through Dove Tail system simply machining in advance the lower side, by creating a 3mm high template and a 60° angle. Dove Tale system is an irreversible interlocking system which guarantees an exceptional rigidity of the clamping during all types of machining.
The pyramidal riser allows the simultaneous mounting of 4 Dove tail systems inclined at 30° thus increasing the working space, widening the machining possibilities and also reducing the dead times.
